What we offer
We are looking for a passionate Digital Product Owner that can lead our product team of Inbound Logistics. The product secures that parts needed to build our cars, reaches our plants at the right time. The products scope spans across major parts of our physical supply chain flows around the world. The aim is to deliver outstanding business value by securing and developing the digital deliveries in line with our business priorities.
You will join the Supply Chain Logistics Cluster within Industrial Operations at Volvo Cars Digital. This product cluster manages the all the logistics flows, from suppliers until the point of use, keeps our plants supplied with material & parts. You will be part of the journey as we deliver on our company’s vision and scale our users globally. We use modern tools and agile methods to create business value continuously, ensure high quality and adaptability in our delivery.

Scope
As product owner inbound logistics, you will report to product manager for Supply Chain Logistics Digital. The Product Owner (PO) maximises value added work by owning and deciding upon priorities in the digital product team’s backlog from a business perspective to streamline the execution, while maintaining technical integrity of the features/components for the team. You are the voice of the user; you have a business perspective and technical knowhow. 

What you will do
You are articulating and consistently emphasizing the short- and long-term vision of the product to the team and relevant stakeholders
You drive the team vision and direction to design and prototype elegant and highly useful data sets and visualizations across multiple channel interfaces.
You own, build and prioritize the stories in the Team Backlog including defects and enablers
You coordinate content dependencies with other Product Owners
Participating as a member of the Cluster Product Management team, review, and contribute to the program-level vision, roadmap and content presentations.

You and your skills
You have genuine interest in software development and experience of IT solutions within automotive supply chain processes, for example: transport management, cross-dock and consolidation.
You can handle a mix of in-house development, SaaS solutions and COTS products.
You have a passion for supply chain logistics and a deep understanding inbound and warehouse processes.

On a personal level  
For this position, you need to have an excellent communication skill, high integrity, strong sense of delivery and a personal eagerness to accomplish results and getting things done, in time and with quality.
You are ambitious, energetic, creative and open minded with aim to find new solutions to existing problems. Stakeholder management is one of your key competences.
