We are looking for a Product Owner IT Service Desk to our client!


Assignment description
The Tech area within IT Service Desk needs a driver to manage the different capabilities towards the utilised platforms such as Service Now and Atos Contact Center solutions. The person also need to established way of working within Technology, Knowledge and Automation. The role will also own the technical roadmap for the area.


Skill requirements
Experience in working with IT Service Desk organizations
Strong knowledge in Service Now and other relevant technologies
Strong leadership
Understanding of Insight and analytics



Experience
High competence within area, deeper and/or unique competence within one or more special areas.
Have participated in several projects within area.
Can be responsible for a part of the project/ area and manage smaller working groups.
Mostly work independently

End date: 31 december 2023
Hours per week: 40
Location: Sandviken or: The person can be based in Stockholm or elsewhere but need to be in Sandviken 1 day a week.
Remote: 75%
