Product Owner – Launch Support Fulfillment and Inventory Logistics

To be successful we believe you have proven experience as a Product Manager/Owner or Lead Product Manager/Owner roles. In this role you have a minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience in best-practice digital product development. You have demonstrable experience in working in an Agile or DevOps working set-up, proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data. We believe you have strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders and also strong team working and collaboration skills. Furthermore, you should have strong business acumen and strategic/commercial mind-set and we also see that you have knowledge and experience working with various technology platforms. You have knowledge in following areas:
Extensive knowledge in e-commerce, specifically in order fulfilment, Logistics (delivery & services) space. Knowledge of Warehouse and Inventory Management system is also a plus.
Knowledge of the technology landscape in eCommerce, retail, and supply chain
Extensive experience with agile development practices, particularly owning and running specific agile events such as backlog refinement and sprint reviews
Good ability to influence, listen and collaborate successfully with a variety of stakeholders in a complex organization.
Bring in a data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs
Ability to build a strong, and meaningful interpersonal relationship enabling to coach and advise stakeholders
Knowledge working in Jira and Confluence

On a day-to-day basis you will be creating a world class shopping experience for millions of our customers by focusing on expanding delivery & services choices that are convenient, speedy, sustainable and affordable, all the while keeping IKEA’s fulfilment costs low. You will be part of the vision, strategy & roadmap for digital products within order fulfilment and Inventory Logistics and operation domains. By working with a dedicated team of launch activities you will provide a convenient and delightful fulfilment experience for our customers. By testing and explorations, you will constantly identify opportunities to grow and deliver value to our customers & IKEA.
As Product Owner you will also coach & mentor the other product owners/team members within the Launch Support team.
As a Product Owner with IKEA’s Fulfilment space, you will:
Lead discussions with the launch support team to design the Launch & roll-out plan
Support launch team lead on launch planning and decision making with analysis results and insights
Develop extensive knowledge of the product from Fulfillment and ILO, interpret and share that knowledge with market
Clearly define the launch scope, derive the detailed validation scenarios based on the launch scope, finalize validation scenarios with the countries.
Lead and drive launch preparation activities for different products
Liaise with internal teams to develop assets and manage knowledge management system
Measure, analyze and report on the performance of product launches against business goals, objectives, and key results
Operate multi-nationally with overseas INGKA business partners
The role includes traveling (for a short duration) on need basis

In this role you will report to a Product Manager within our Fulfilment domain. This role is in Helsingborg, Sweden.
