What we offer 
In our department, part of Safe Vehicle Automation, we are around 200 skilled engineers creating tomorrow’s platform solutions for our active safety and self-driving vehicles. Our Agile Release Train (ART) Autonomous Drive & ADAS Platform develops the sensor and software platform that enables deployment of functionality such as Collision Avoidance, Automatic Parking and Autonomous Driving.
Our team Platform Software now has a unique opening for you who want to be a driver in creating the world-class platform that will enable delivery of autonomous drive features powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI). You will have a once-in-a-lifetime chance to make a huge impact in solving the “engineering problem of the century”. 
What you will do
As a Product Owner within Platform Software, you will lead the development of the platform software by driving the roadmap ahead and create and prioritize the backlog for the teams. You will work closely with the ART management team, architects and lead developers to provide guidance for the teams to take technical decisions to successfully deliver our state-of-the-art software.
As a technical leader, you will drive technical dialogues with stakeholders internally and externally of the organization, and you are an important communicator towards the teams on goals and purpose.

This is you
You are a visionary technical leader with profound understanding of the technology stack needed to deliver an autonomous driving car. Your academic background is B Sc or M Sc within Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar, and you have minimum 5-10 years of experience from software development of embedded systems preferably from the automotive industry.
You have domain knowledge in sensor perception and sensor fusion for camera & ultrasonic as well as experience of computer vision, image processing, machine learning/ deep learning.
You enjoy driving technical strategies and you have an ability to make them come true in alignment with necessary priorities. You have a passion for communication, team empowerment and leadership. You are already an experienced technical leader with good hands-on knowledge about agile development principles.
As a person, you are driven, self-motivated and curious to continuously learn and innovate.
Your English speaking and writing skills are excellent, as we are a truly international team working in a very dynamic environment.
