Role? As the CRM Product Owner for Marketing, you will lead the evolution of our Dynamics 365 Customer Insights platform. You’ll set the overall roadmap, vision, and priorities, translating stakeholder and business needs into actionable plans. Your role is crucial in driving the success of our CRM marketing initiatives and optimising customer engagement.

WHO ARE YOU?
- Goal-oriented team player with experience as a marketing platform specialist or an administrator.
- Passionate about Martech, innovative, and experienced in configuring marketing platforms.
- Always looking to improve yourself and your work, aiming to create perfect, user-friendly solutions.
- 3+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 CE or similar platforms on the functional side, with deep knowledge of this solution.
- Proven experience and achievements in setting up marketing automation processes.
- Great communication skills and fluent in English, both oral and written.
WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?
- Overall responsible for the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights platform, including setting and complying with the vision for the product and managing the backlog.
- Identify business requirements, define plans, and develop customer communication tools.
- Configure and administer the platform, setting best practices and strategies for marketing campaigns.
- Translate stakeholder needs into development tasks, guiding towards marketing automation solutions.
- Perform acceptance testing, manage support routines, and handle application guidelines.
- Serve as a "Privacy champion" for the CRM system, train super-users, and create and maintain documentation on relevant system parts (routines, processes, user guides, etc.).
