We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Product Owner (Office) with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
The product owner will be in charge of establishing and communicating the vision, as well as prioritizing the implementation and execution of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of collaboration products and related productivity-based solutions.
The product owner will also lead the effort to broaden IT's offerings by packaging them for internal and external stakeholders.
The candidate should drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Office 365 products in collaboration with the engineering manager and the Operation and Technology Services Leads.
Make critical decisions on priorities and design, and work to ensure that all stakeholders are on the same page.
On a daily basis, work closely with the development team.
Develop a thorough understanding of the Office 365 suite's capabilities, as well as staying current on product evolution.
Collaborate with an architect to ensure that enterprise tools are used in all offices around the world.
Understand the engineering as well as the business aspects of Office 365.
Communicate with project sponsors, stakeholders, and management on a regular basis.
Non-functional requirements and incident analysis

Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Working experience as a Product Owner in the IT industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability and interest in developing effective cross-functional relationships to support the delivery of enterprise-wide solutions.
Capability to manage and execute in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Other:
It would be advantageous to have the following:
Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft suite and Office365 services
Extensive knowledge of collaboration tools such as Microsoft O365, ITSM tools, Atlassian tools, and so on.
Experience managing enterprise-level web applications and employee portals.
Development of employee-targeted communication and instructional training materials
Product strategy and roadmap definition experience, with a preference for enterprise employee solutions
Experience working in agile environments Experience with agile backlog management methodologies, with a preference for a certified product owner
