Product Owner Onboard Platform for our location in Stockholm, Sweden

The main objective of the GSP Product Owner is to define the GSP safe platform and to drive it to meet the requirements of TCS Onboard, Cityflo650 VATC Onboard and Interflo150 AOS Onboard. The product owner GSP is as well responsible for driving standardization of the GSP/Common Hardware Platform) CoHP).

As a Product owner, you will define the requirements on our GSP solution, the architecture of the product based on the common requirements between all three application. Furthermore, you will be responsible for application support and for supporting operational performance management but defining and implementing the required performance measurements and diagnostics.

Responsibilities:
Align with product manager Onboard Platform to define requirements and drive standardization.
Align the overall onboard technology with the other product owners/integrators of ATPCU (ETCS OB), VATC (Cityflo650 and AOS (Interflo150 OB).
Define the GSP and odometry roadmap based on onboard application requirements and platform improvements.
Lead the alignment of the GSP roadmap with the overall Onboard Platform and the applications Onboard, Cityflo and Interflo.
Lead and drive product standardisation across the onboard applications with 3 years forecast.
Lead drive issue management on GSP level together with the 3 main customers.


Qualifications:
University Degree in Engineering or Equivalent experience
About 5 years proven experience in ATP/ATO systems for railways (mass transit or mainline)
Demonstrated skills in defining, implementing, diagnosing and correcting embedded systems.
Technical leadership skills in a matrix organization (leading without formal power)
Experience in embedded systems and real time systems
Experience in ATP and odometry systems highly desirable
Experience in UNIX like operating systems is desirable.
Desired competencies: communication, initiative, problem solving, drive for results and flexibility.
Language skills required advanced English. It could be beneficial to have at least a medium level of Swedish.
