Kappahl's Online department is now looking for a Product Owner Online to maintain and develop our online platforms. We are looking for you that wants to create attractive, functional and selling communication channels for our customers. Are you looking for an exciting challenge and want to be part of developing Kappahl's work, this is the role for you!

We offer you As a Product Owner Online, you are responsible for ensuring stability, constant improvement, and development of Kappahl's external websites and app in collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers. You will set requirements, test, and be deciding upon priorities in the backlog from a business and technical perspective. You will bridge the gap between business requests and technical development capabilities and work cross functional with stakeholders from all over the company but always with the customer as top priority.

You will contribute with specialist knowledge in optimization and development of the digital platforms and be part of defining the strategic vision and create the roadmap of the area, based on market needs, insights, and input from stakeholders. You will also take responsibility of coordinating the dependencies with other teams and clearly communicate roadmap and backlogs across the organization.

The role is part of the Online Business Development team within Online and reports to Online Business Development Manager. Team spirit is high and you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your profile We see that you have relevant education, preferably in business, IT, E-commerce or similar. We think that you have previous experience and deep knowledge in e-commerce platforms and experience of working as a Product Owner with agile & data driven development methodologies where things are constantly changing. You also need an advanced level of English and need to understand and speak Swedish.

Your personality As a person you are structured, flexible and solution-oriented. To be successful, you need to be able to act independently as well as being a team player, have strong communication skills and commercial understanding with the willingness to try new things and challenge old ways.
