Product owner - People Analyst

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner to join our People Technology team. This role will be pivotal in advancing our people analytics capabilities, utilizing platforms such as PowerBI and Glint. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and solutions that enhance our HR functions and contribute to the overall strategic goals of Electrolux Group HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the vision and strategy for people analytics products.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
Develop and prioritize product backlogs, creating clear and actionable user Stories.
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of analytics platforms like PowerBI and Glint.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics processes.
Deliver insights and visualizations that drive data-driven decision-making within HR.
