What’s in it for you?
We are looking for a passionate Product Owner for Prepare Production that is part of the Plant Engineering Cluster within the Global Manufacturing Digital area. Prepare Production systems ensures that documents and instructions are generated to secure a correct and efficient building process. With an always-on mindset, you will be assisting departments in the factory (Engineering, Production & Logistics) in designing, configuring, and managing solutions for their devices, tools, and applications, in line with the factory and corporate standards. You will be part of the journey as we deliver on our company’s vision and scale our users globally. We use modern tools and agile methods to create business value continuously, ensure high quality and adaptability in our delivery.
The product owner (PO) maximizes value-added work by owning and deciding upon priorities in the digital product team’s backlog from a business perspective to streamline the execution while maintaining the technical integrity of the features/components for the team. You are the voice of the user you have a business perspective and technical know-how. You will work together with the agile product team following SCRUM/SAFe frameworks.
What you will do
You are articulating and consistently emphasizing the short- and long-term vision (roadmap) of the product to the team and relevant stakeholders.
You drive that the applications can be used globally in all factories and also make sure that data is handled in a good way that will improve the process. By doing that our business will become more data-driven.
You own, build and prioritize the epics, features, and stories together with the business stakeholders in the team backlog including defects and enablers
You coordinate content dependencies with other Product Owners and you will be participating as a member of the Plant Engineering Cluster where you view and contribute towards the program-level vision, roadmap, and content presentations
Who you are:
We are looking for you who have interest in software development and experience of IT solutions within manufacturing. You can coordinate multiple initiatives in parallel together with the stakeholders and own the product backlog with the ambition to have a global harmonized landscape.
As a person, you have excellent communication skills, high integrity, a strong sense of delivery, and a personal eagerness to accomplish results and get things done, in time and with the right quality. You are ambitious, energetic, creative, and open-minded with the aim to find new solutions to existing problems.
This position could be located either in Sweden or Belgium.
