Product owner S/4 HANA within Finance

Uppdragsbeskrivning
Within this role as a Product Owner at the Group, You will lead a cross functional team within finance and guide the other teams and the PA finance in securing a successful transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 Hana. For our company this is a key initiative to be future ready, and you play a key role in in this transformation. You will align the best interest for the Product area with the central S/4 HANA initiative team.
Responsibilities
As a Product Owner, you take responsibility for managing all the resources in the team and aligning the work in this transformation. You take accountability and responsibility for the success of this initiative from a finance perspective. To do this, you will lead a dynamic and driven cross-functional product team and other Product Owners.
Working closely with the Product Area Manager, Product Area Lead Engineer, and other Product Owners to ensure overall alignment. You will together with you product team set clear plans short term, mid term and long term. You will identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across products, working to manage dependencies. Furthermore, you will:
Take end-to-end ownership of the product
Lead a cross-functional team to execute and deliver value
Monitor and manage the financial impact of decisions and priorities of the product team.


Who are you
We believe that you have at least seven years of project management experience within the finance area driving initiatives in a complex multinational landscape. In addition to that, you have experience as a team leader and can manage a team with different competences. With your agile and proactive mindset, you are willing to find new and creative ways to deliver on your goals. With a excellent communication and English skills, we believe that you can create a positive atmosphere within the team and towards stakeholders.
You also hold SAP knowledge and have project management experience in this area, preferably SAP FICO and have a passion for the technical solutions that enable our finance and controlling to manage their work in an efficient work.
