For our client in the travel/aviation industry, we are looking for a Product Owner with Salesforce experience to join them for a 1 year assignment.

About the role / a word from the client:
You could call it a Salesforce Marketing Cloud product owner but we’re looking for an enabler of customer journeys. We want to offer our travelers personalized journeys driven by important life and travel events. You will have a key role in making this happen.
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner, you will lead the product intake, backlog prioritization, strategy, and roadmap of the Salesforce platform. Furthermore, you will lead the team with discovery to create a development-ready story to be handed off to the development team. Together with the team you will support marketeers throughout their Journey building process.
- Set clear directions and prioritization on what value to deliver and collaborate with the team, as well as stakeholders to find the best solutions
- Create and own the team backlog, and be responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the development commitment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage internal and external dependencies, and prioritize the backlog accordingly
- Facilitate and lead workshops to deliver both high-level and detailed level artifacts
- Proactively work with the other product owners
- Map out the dependencies and sequencing them, ensure that features go-live smoothly and successfully
About you:
- You’re passionate about digital marketing and developing solutions on top of the Salesforce ecosystem. You have a good understanding of best practices, functionality and capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience
- Product Ownership experience
- Agile framework experience
About the assignment
For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta.
