What we offer
We are looking for a passionate Digital Product Owner for our SAP S4/Hana landscape supporting our Components Plants. The product secures the digital tools and manufacturing capabilities for our component plants based in Skövde (electrical engines) and Olofström (body components stamping/assembly). 
Currently we are rolling out SAP S4 /Hana in a program mode towards our component plants to be ready for the future.
You will join the Manufacturing Demand Cluster within Global Manufacturing Digital at Volvo Cars. This product cluster manages the net material requirements, call-offs, in-plant logistics flows etc.
We use modern tools and agile methods to create business value continuously, ensure high quality and adaptability in our delivery. 

Scope:
As product owner for our Component Plants ERP, you will report in a matrix organization, line manager is a team manager but a product manager will collaborate with you in the operational delivery(new development and operations). The product owner (PO) maximises the value added work by owning and deciding upon priorities in the digital product team’s backlog from a business perspective to streamline the execution, while maintaining technical integrity of the features/components for the team. You are the voice of the user; you have a business perspective and technical knowhow. 

What you will do
You are articulating and consistently emphasizing the short- and long-term vision of the product to the team and relevant stakeholders from the component plants.
You drive the cooperation towards SAP and secure the deliverables towards the standard of SAP S4/Hana.
You own, build and prioritize the epics, features and stories together with the business stakeholders in the team backlog including defects and enablers
You handle content dependencies with other Product Owners, RTE’s and SAP.
Participating as a member of the cluster management team, review, and contribute to the program-level vision and roadmap

You and your skills
* 10 years’ experience of IT solutions within SAP S4/Hana (including modules as EWM, SD, PP, PPDS, TM, ACS) and genuine interest in software development.
* 8 years’ experience as Project Manager (or architect from SAP, Sr Manager, Program Manager).  You can coordinate multiple initiatives in parallel together with the stakeholders and own the product backlog from both component plans with the ambition to have a harmonized landscape
* Implementations is seen as a benefit.
* Proficient English.
* Gothenburg, Sweden.

For this position, you need to have excellent communication skills, high integrity, strong sense of delivery and a personal eagerness to accomplish results and getting things done, in time and with quality.
You are ambitious, energetic, creative and open minded with aim to find new solutions to existing problems. 
You have experience of stakeholder management and have a proven track record in global environment.
