Product Owner – SAP Security and Access Management, Group Digital

To achieve this, we need to strengthen our Digital Business Support Domain and we are looking for a Security and Access Management Product owner to join our Business Support Foundations. As we are on a journey, and this role is a key role to set the vision, strategy, and metrics for our Digital Products. We are currently undertaking process standardization and harmonization in finance & procurement, all based on the latest technologies from SAP.
What you will do
In this role you will be responsible for driving SAP Security and Access Management initiatives together with our business, supporting your Product Team to become successful and together with our Data Architects, secure that our Roadmaps are accurate and delivered.
You will work closely with our business process expert, contributing with your experience in SAP and other areas. You will work together with our other Products Teams within Group Digital in cross related topics and together identify the most optimal solutions, from a business and SAP perspective.
You will be
Developing tangible product strategy for SAP Security and Access Management and ensure that the delivery of outcomes meets objectives and customer needs
Together with your team, driving design topics together with business process expert and other Product teams
Improving already established processes together with your product team & GBO
Evaluating new solutions together with our architects & your product team
Communicate the product strategy and vision for the product(s) to ensure the team(s) is driving the product(s) in the strategic direction
Actively participate in our transformation program, with focus on design topics to complete our SAP Template.

Who you are
· You have Minimum 1-2 years of progressive experience in digital product development and proven track record of delivering products that add value & how to apply agile in Standard Software Like SAP.
· You have worked with SAP for at least 12+ years, in SAP Security and Access Management area or equivalent
· You have experience from successful delivery of SAP transformation programs/projects
· Experience in Security & Authorizations within large SAP projects that replace legacy systems and implement SAP standard best practices.
· You have strong business and technical competence in
o SAP Security and Access Management
o SAP GRC, Internal Controls and Audit Requirements
o Experience of handling internal/external audit requirements and collaboration with auditors.
o Data Privacy / Ethics
o Ability to communicate and discuss strategically & together with business create Digital Roadmaps which are value driven and according to business expectations
o Preferable good experience with the Identity Manager system.
o Authorizations & Roles concepts for SAP ERP systems and other SAP Cloud systems Like Ariba, Concur, etc.
· Willingness to challenge typical ways of working in connection to SAP and together with Team & Business explore new possibilities in Ways of Working with Agile Methodology as a backbone
· You have leadership skills, being a good role model where you put the team in focus
· You have strong influencing skills and can navigate in a complex and matrixed organization
· You are an excellent communicator in English, whether it be in words or in writing
This role will be located in Helsingborg, Sweden.
