We are now looking for a skilled and development oriented Product Owner to be responsible for functionality in SD Worx HR. You work for a product management organization in an agile way of working. You will be a member of the Squad responsible for releasing a product that meets the customer's needs to achieve the squad goals. Responsible for defining and prioritizing requirements (stories) in the Squad Backlog and also accepts requirements (stories) as completed.
Your work
You will be responsible to develop the product vision and synchronize it with the Tribe/Cluster Lead and Product Owners in Squads responsible for related products. You will monitor the business results of the product, as well as the technical health and stability. Together with the squad you’re managing the release scope taking into account existing resource constraints and new findings.
About you
You've probably worked with HR and system management for some years. We think you might have a background within IT preferably with some connection to HR related systems. You have a desire to succeed and the wish to develop our product offering. You approach things in an innovative and solution-oriented way, and you have good communication skills. If you have knowledge of SD Worx HR and SD Worx HR Time it’s very favorable.
Some responsibilities:
• Continuously keep the backlog up to date with regards to content and priority.
• Balance between creating new functionalities and reducing technical debt.
• Hold meetings with the Squad to update the product backlog.
• Make sure the Squad correctly understands the requirements.
• Align with other product owners and teams to synchronize the execution of complex changes.
• Participate in the Scrum events and squad life.
We expect you
• Know or are willing to learn Agile product and software development
• Are fluent in one Nordic language and have English written and oral skills
• Are prepared to travel in the Nordics
