About the job

As our new Product owner for Service Execution, you will work with our IFS Field Service Management solution including integrations to other applications and ensure that Alfa Laval has a sustainable and reliable solution for the future. You will work tightly together with a Product manager, a Solution Architect (also under recruitment) and a future agile team. The implementation of the solution is currently run as a waterfall project and will after first pilot transform into agile way of working.

Your primary tasks will be (extract, not complete list):
* Support the transformation from waterfall project to agile way of working after first pilot of the IFS Field Service Management solution.
* Refine business demand, maintain the team backlog and support the development team to ensure future success.
* Support the build up of a strong agile team.
* Act as a change ambassador for our implementation of our agile way of working.

What you know

You have strong experience from working within the area of service and aftermarket; forecasting, planning and scheduling. If you have experience of the IFS Field Service Management solution that is very beneficial. Furthermore, we prefer a candidate with experience in similar roles, previously working as a product owner. You have extensive experience in Agile methodologies and preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) which is currently implemented at Alfa Laval.
