About our product – Social Care and Bot Experience:
The product is part of the product area Customer Care within the Customer domain.
The product team is developing a world class AI powered conversational experience and ensuring that we are available for customers on channels and social platform of choice.
We have an exciting future ahead of us as consumers and technology is coming closer together. New consumer behavior and social platforms is creating new opportunities for conversational commerce combined with social customer care. This team will be responsible to drive the H&M groups path on this journey forward.
We are now looking for a product owner to take on this challenge together with the team!
Job Description
As a Product Owner, you will take responsibility for the product with full accountability for the business and customer value delivered.
To do this, you will
Lead a cross-functional product team in close collaboration with key stakeholders, always keeping customers at the heart of our focus.
Define the strategic vision for your product and create the product roadmap based on an understanding of the market/industry, insights & data on your customers, and input from stakeholders across the company.
Work closely with the Product Area Manager, Product Area Lead Engineer and other Product Owners to ensure overall alignment, set objectives and key results (OKRs) that your product will drive toward.
Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across products, working to manage dependencies.
Have great leadership skills, belief in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust.
Focus on value creation, growth, and serving customers with full ownership and accountability to deliver exceptional customer and business results.
Qualifications
First of all – you need to be passionate about creating an amazing customer experience in this field! Passion will take you far, but we also believe that you will bring some of the following experience:
At least 5 years work experience and previous leadership responsibility
A few years’ experience of working as Product Owner/Product Manager in a technical environment
Preferable earlier experience from social media technology and/or chatbots or similar
Proven track record of strong salesmanship, communication, negotiation and networking skills, both with internal and external partners
Establish and manage relationships with key external vendors
Experience in leading a cross functional team
Analytical with attention to details
Strong in planning, prioritizing, execution, and follow up together with a “can-do attitude”
Motivated to work in an environment that allows you to work and take business decisions independently
