About the job

As our new Product owner for Spare parts finding, you will work with our future solution for spare parts finding including custom development and ensure that Alfa Laval has a sustainable and reliable solution for the future.

You will work tightly together with a Product manager, a Solution Architect (also under recruitment) and a future agile team. The development is in a start-up phase and you will have a great possibility to impact how the solution will develop.  

Your primary tasks will be (extract, not complete list):
* Translate business needs into technical needs and communicate them in team backlog.
* Support the development team to ensure future success.
* Support the build-up of a strong agile team.
* Act as a change ambassador for our implementation of our agile way of working.

What you know

You have strong technical knowledge previously working with custom development, both frontend and backend. Furthermore, we prefer a candidate with experience from working as a product owner.

You have extensive experience in Agile methodologies and preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) which is currently implemented at Alfa Laval.

In this job you will heavily contribute to the journey of implementing the agile ways of working in Alfa Laval!
