Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who is experienced of working based on project methodology and CRM systems.

What you'll do:
● Responsible for driving and coordinating the team's deliveries as well as meeting customer expectations both short-term and long-term and achieving the business's goals.
● Based on the product's vision, the authority's goals and the users' needs, create a clear and prioritized backlog for the activities to be carried out to achieve the best possible effect.
● Make sure the development team knows the backlog's content and priorities, what to do, and when.
● Ensure preparatory work for upcoming program increments based on the overall roadmap and be responsible for following up and communicating status and results to relevant stakeholders.
● Guide the development team towards goal-driven development and application operation with continuous fast and sharp deliveries from an effect, cost, time and user perspective.
● Work with architects to develop a clear prioritized roadmap for the team.
● Understand our customers’ needs, our business strategy, objectives, and technology.
● Collaborate and negotiate with internal and external parties such other organizations and initiatives.
● Act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the development team.
Who you are:
● Possess at least 4-8 years of experience in the current role and at least 3 years of experience in the role of agile product owner or worked operationally with agile product development and system developer.
● Technical experience with SAFe- inspiring deliveries with Agile development trains, agile working methods (Scrum, Jira), setting metrics, key figures and associated goals, Devops principle "you build it you run it".
● Prior experience in managing follow-up of time, cost and progress for the product / the whole, building business case, design thinking, microservices, kubernetes, working with solution architects, automated tests, and business development in public administration.
● Possess certification as Product owner, in SAFe and as Scrum Master.
