Job description
General business lead responsibilities in this role at our client
• Secure updated business area knowledge in retailer experience in commercial product management, assortment, and promotions
• Suggest, prioritize, and decide on online business development within the xc area – in close cooperation with key stakeholders
• Responsible for securing that the solution (process and technology) being developed and rolled out will enable the client to reach their targets
• Process documentation to clarify business and customer impact
• Input to documentation, as well as assisting in creation of communication material to support our clients retailers to explain the business value of this
• Secure that the end to end solution within the area is identified for out client – lead joint initiatives to engage our client and anchor with business stakeholders
• Ocado cooperation to secure business needs are considered for the Ocado roadmap (core or bespoke dev.)
• Ocado OSP platform features – review upcoming features, impact and opportunity for our client
• Balancing scope/functionality with cost/time to ensure investments are made in the right areas (what needs to be world class vs good enough)
• Close cooperation with change-area for roll-out support to retailers
• Engage in acceptance test of solution

•  Analyze Ocado’s plans for OSP and actively and clearly push for clarity on impact and understanding
• Business area analysis – news/changes to optimize retailer’s business value online
• Define, clarify, visualize, and communicate business needs
• Prioritize business improvements in close dialogue with key stakeholders 
• Support implementation teams at our client and Ocado in solution creation and decisions 
• Prioritization of business needs in close dialogue with key stakeholders
• Cooperate with our client and Ocado development teams in creating the best solutions
• Cooperate with other business leads and other parts of the business to achieve a great total retailer and customer experience

Qualifications
Important competences and experiences
• Capable of adapting communication to different audiences when visualizing complex processes and solutions
• Experience of large IT-enabled projects and organizations, where project work is organized in a combination of agile as well as more traditional models
• Experience of identifying and interpreting business needs on all levels – strategic, tactical as well as operational
• Experienced in documenting business processes
• Fluent in Swedish and English
