Company Description


We are looking for a Product Owner for our Store Digital Visual Experience within Customer Domain.
The new Store Enablement Area within the Customer Domain will play a key role in enabling the future store experience. The area is set on a mission to provide a unified and more streamlined experience to our store staff through a unified store staff experience, better coordination on rollouts and a simplified interface between Business Tech and our stores. The area will create a stable platform to build store specific applications on run on modernized devices, based on holistic store staff vision, journeys and release management.
The Store Digital Visual Experience team is focused on delivering visual experiences in and around stores, mainly via Digital Screens (Digital Signage) and interactive screen solutions including AI.




Job Description


The team is in a need of a Senior person as Product owner that thrive in a complex, collaborative and ever/changing global environment. This team will consist of 6 senior engineers with strong experience within digital signage and screen products.
You will have a task to identify the right stakeholders and prioritize demands/requirements within the local and global organization for the delivery to our many stores.
Strong skills to market product ideas within the local country organization and H&M globally.
As a Product Owner you will be accountable for the delivery, roadmap and product strategy and will have the ultimate accountability for the business and customer value delivered by your product.
To do this, you will lead a cross-functional, multi-competence product team in close collaboration with key stakeholders, always keeping customers at the heart of our focus. You will define the strategic vision for your team and create the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of the market / industry, insights & data on your customers, and input from stakeholders across the company.
As the team is now small, you have the possibility to build a new strong team and products around the new market environment needed within retail. A desire to want to explore technically what can be done today and in the future.
Working closely with the Product Area Manager and other Product Owners to ensure overall alignment, you will set objectives & key results that your product will drive toward. You will also identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across products, working to manage dependencies.





Qualifications


Previous experience as Product Owner or in other leadership roles with leading a team of senior experts.
Some technical background is required, either as working as an Engineer or Technical Project Manager since the products and solutions are often integrated with other systems.
Experience of Digital Signage or A/V products within a retail environment is a strong plus.
We use Jira, ServiceNow, CAD software, Prophix FAB and LIMA from Tango Analytics in our processes from a product delivery to maintenance. The current products are running on Windows, Linux and vendor proprietary systems but we also see a possible future use cases that needs to be explored within Android.
Experience working with external vendors and suppliers
Strong in planning, prioritizing, execution, and follow up together with a “can-do attitude”
