You will be a member of the Electric Propulsion shared service team within our agile organization, the team supports both solutions and ART’s in Electric propulsion, with all system safety activities. You will have an interface with a variety of teams including electrical engineering and mechanical engineering as well as customers, suppliers and technical partners.

Your Contribution
As Product Owner (PO) you will be working closely together with the shared service team, Team Manager and stakeholders in other ARTs to maximize the value for our customers. You will participate in different fora’s to identify system safety needs.
As PO you also own the tech in backlog, Vision and Roadmap for the team and keep the future horizon to identify upcoming enabler work and collaborate with System and Solution Architect to assist with the execution of enabling future Unique Selling Point (USP) functions connected to the System Safety Technical road map for Electric Propulsion. You should maximize the value-added work by owning and deciding upon priorities in the program backlog from a technical, time-to-market and business perspective.
You will contribute to the Shared Service system safety at Electric Propulsion by assisting with below:
* Perform Technical safety concept, requirements, implementation and verification plan in V-model and secure that Electric Propulsion fulfills the ISO 26262 standard.
* Keep the holistic view over the electric drive lines Safety functions and facilitate the progress of implementation.
* Perform safety verification and validation
* Legal Technical work products required to release SW & HW Solutions to Production vehicles and Aftermarket.
* Support with technical expertise to external and internal stakeholders.

You are passionate about the development of complex mechatronic systems within vehicle electrification, electronics and embedded systems. You are devoted to driving engineering challenges all the way from the business case and concept stage to mass production.
You are a natural initiator that commits to delivering the Team´s deliverables with high precision on quality. You are a team player that contributes and bring out the best from your fellow team members and work actively to increase your work network.
Competence is Important
We see that you have at least a Bachler of Science in Electrical, Electronics, Controls Theory, Signals & Systems or Mechatronics. In addition, you have solid experience of software development within automotive, in specific from Function Safety project with ASIL D integrity. You have been part of writing safety documentation according to ISO 26262 (e.g. Safety Plan, Safety Analysis including FMEA, Safety Manual and Safety Case) and debugging/testing embedded software systems and automation.
You are comfortable with SCRUM/agile development and have experience from taking the lead, you are skilled in explaining or understanding complex solutions in English.
