Product Owner Telephony - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner within the telephony service to manage the entire process within the organization. You’ll be involved in development of the service, case management, incident management, troubleshooting, customer due diligence.
What you'll do:
● Independently run the field of telephony, case management, orders, incident management, troubleshooting.
● Lead and drive the work to frame and determine the mission of telephony services and be part of solution groups in the area of Collaborate/Digital Workplace.
● Responsible for keeping the budget and ensuring most value for money and have a tight dialogue with stakeholders in our different business areas and with their inputs prioritize the team’s backlog.
● Understand our customers’ needs, our business strategy, objectives, and technology.
● Collaborate and negotiate with internal and external parties such other organizations and initiatives.
● Act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the development team.
● Manage and help the development team, while displaying owner’s mentality and drive the work to continuously improve the team’s ways of working.
● Share the vision and budget with LT team to strategically fill potential resource gaps on regular basis.
● Clarify the service offering in the area of Telephony and otherwise contribute with case management.
Who you are:
● Good understanding and experience with Microsoft 365, Access network, Templates and forms.
● Possess at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of telephony (telephony service).
● Vast experience and knowledge in client role towards Telia, Digital Workplace and local loop.
● Communicative and an extrovert person with good abilities in building and maintaining strong relationships.
