The digital marketplace (afound.com) was launched in June 2018. Today, Afound offers a wide assortment including hundreds of fashion, beauty and interior brands for women, men and kids. Afound is an independent brand within H&M Group.
Job Description
As a Product Owner at Afound you are a visionary leader who guides new product ideas from an initial concept to product launch and assures full benefit realization. You will be working in a cross competent, customer centric dev-ops product team that delivers exceptional business results. The team is responsible for converting the customers and making the deal hunt as exciting as possible, from Department selector to Add to cart on the product page. You will set an ambitious and clear product vision as well as communicate it effectively to collaboration partners. You will also create a product roadmap based on a deep understanding of the market, insights, and data on our customers. You are also responsible for the results and product specific KPIs once solution enters production. In addition to this, you will:
Contribute to the end-to-end team output strategy from inception to production
Together with the Tech Lead own and maintain the backlog based on the targets and KPIs
Align with other Product Owners to ensure interfaces to other products
Things we look for
We believe you have at least 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager with outcome responsibility. You have experience working within a cross-functional development team to achieve the common mission, prioritizing work and inspire the team to improvement. You also have an ability to influence decision makers and manage stakeholders to achieve the product mission, and to own and articulate end-to-end product requirements across product teams. You are capable of gathering, analyzing, and understanding customer and business needs and clearly express the connections between larger business goals and small backlog items for team members. Furthermore, we believe you have:
Functional knowledge of lean-agile development and methodologies as well as product vision creation and product roadmap development
Familiar with working in design sprints and with rapid prototyping
Ability to build end-to-end product strategy, including definition of scope, roadmap, and KPIs and understand product development from ideation to release
Proficiency with integrating qualitative and quantitative research, product analysis and customer insights into product requirements
