Product Owner to Aunetic

Our tax and legal management platform is managed by a team of about 20 employees, developing and providing a web application (SaaS) targeting multinational corporations. While the Nordics are our home market, we're expanding our platform across Europe and the rest of the world. Our headquarters are in Stockholm, with an office also in Kalmar.About the role As a Product Owner in Tax and Legal at Aunetic, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between intricate tax and legal frameworks and our technology platform. Your expertise will guide the development of products that are both compliant and highly functional, meeting the needs of our customers. Key responsibilities:
Plan the roadmap in close collaboration with key stakeholders, such as CTO, product sponsor, subject matter experts and key customers.
Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
Breaking-down, prioritizing and estimate customer requests together as well as feature and module-ideas from sales and tax team with the affected development team.
Be the day-to-day contact for the development team, translating requests and new features into clear user stories and product requirements.
Manage bugs and issues reported from customers, support and consulting together with the development team.
Together with the Test Lead, Head of Support and the Cloud team plan releases, testing and roll-out.
Help with answering proposals from potential customers.

To succeed in this rolewe believe you have:
Several years of experience as a Product Owner, or in a similar position with very good communication skills.
A relevant university degree or equivalent knowledge acquired through other means.
Leadership experience and skills to thrive in a dynamic environment with technical challenges.
Experience of agile methodologies, preferably Scrum or Kanban.
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.

It will be beneficial if you have experience working in governance (tax, legal, risk, audit, compliance) or finance industry. Also, it’s a bonus if you have experience of collecting requirements from external stakeholders and working closely with the internal sales department.
As a person you enjoy being part of an agile team, closely collaborating with colleagues. Also, you are organized and comfortable in decision-making. You relish tackling intricate problems and finding the right technical solutions. You're sociable and enjoy discussing solutions with various kinds of people.
