The new Technical Service Area Network within Business Tech spans both our Core Engineering domain and Operations domain. The mission is to provide fast, transparent, and secure access to data, apps and services to our colleagues anywhere in the world by running a dynamic, resilient, and smart network. We embrace cloud services, API’s and automation and want to be more data driven, utilize machine learning and leverage economy of scale where it is beneficial for the group.

We are now looking for an experienced Product Owner to build and take our Automation & Network Management Tools capabilities to new levels of success. As a Product Owner at H&M Group you will define the strategic vision for your product and create the product roadmap based on the target market, insights & data on your customers, as well as inputs from stakeholders across the company. You will set objectives and key results (OKRs) and KPIs that your product will drive towards. You will work closely with your team in an agile way, to maximize each product’s impact on the world, always keeping customers at the heart of our focus.


Responsibilities


As a Product Owner for the product team Automation and Network Management Tool, you will set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to key stakeholders. You understand and contribute to the end-to-end team output strategy from inception to production and you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between product roadmap and customer needs and requirements. As a Product Owner, you are responsible for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders. You will also own and maintain the backlog and prioritize the day-to-day work of the product team based on the given targets and KPIs. You will be part of the TSA Network leadership team and contribute by sharing your expert industry knowledge and understanding of stakeholder needs.
In addition to this, you will also:
• Align with other Product Owners to ensure interfaces to other Products and common KPIs are maintained
• Monitor and manage financial impact of decisions and priorities of the product team
• Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design
• Interact with operators and technology suppliers for advice and collaboration towards our goals and interests.
• Utilizes market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their product
Who are you?
We believe you have at least 6 years of experience with enterprise networking with a deep understanding of network technologies and automation opportunities. You have a genuine interest in global network, you are experienced working in an agile way as well as a have deep understanding of the inner working of internet. You are a team player with good abilities to work individually and like to lead new initiatives. You are a responsible person and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments. Furthermore, we also believe you have:
• Experience from Network security principles – Zero trust
• Experience from running a global delivery and understanding of the complexity that comes with different local regulations and legislations
• Experience within different tools such as Service Now, Jira, Ansible, Python, Azure DevOps & Github Enterprise
• Experience within product vision creation and product roadmap development
• Experience in MVP definition, planning and backlog management
• An understanding of markets & trends analysis
It is also beneficial if you have:
• Experience from network automation and management in large enterprise
• Experience from project management
• Understanding of sustainable IT
• Understanding of network components and systems and dependencies between them to optimize network delivery by automation/integration
