Are you a driven and well-organized Product Owner with documented agile experience?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be part of a highly prioritized product area, with products used by millions of customers every day
- As a product owner you work according the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) together with a cross functional team based in Vilnius and Stockholm
- You will work for increased customer satisfaction, high availability and to maintain the position as a market leader in our home markets
- As a Product Owner, you will work on the business and IT side with both exciting development and a lot of important maintenance
- The card business is complex with many actors and parties involved, which means a large part of the planning and coordination of the development work
- In this role, you will manage the development of the card portfolio, business rules, requirements, risks (NPAP), be responsible for communication around products


What is needed in this role:
- You are analytical and have good problem-solving skills.
- You are a driven well-organized person able to identify user needs, have a customer perspective in understanding business values and work with a cross-functional development team with internal and many times complex external stakeholders.
- Proven experience working according to Scrum, SAFe or any other Agile framework.
- Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience.
- You have knowledge and experience from the card industry or similar field.
- You have very good communication skills in English
- Experience of project and requirement work is a merit
- As a person, you are structured but can handle ad hoc initiatives and changed conditions and short deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with others.
- Good at delivering well in advance and with high quality
