We are now recruiting a Product Owner to take the driver’s seat to make this happen and to be responsible for the area that we call Customer Channels. What you will do
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for and a part of our Customer Channels, an area that explores and defines customer channels and customer communication solutions. You will drive the transformation towards a fully digital customer interaction experience. You will lead the roadmap and together with business stakeholders and your tech team take steps towards achieving this in the best possible way.

The way of working is based on agile development through two-week sprints. You will lead and work in close collaboration with the cross-functional teams consisting of Business Analysts, Developers, and Testers that all strive to improve Bluestep’s channel experience.

Some of the areas of responsibility:

- Together with key business stakeholders drive the transition to a more user-friendly and digital customer experience

- Create a product roadmap, that you will help to break down into agile development with a design thinking approach making sure that the end result is truly customer-centric

- Focus on building a data-driven product and customer experience centered culture.

You will report to the Head of Product & Analytics, you will also work closely with the Business Transformation and Data & BI teams.

- Experience in digitalization by tracking and understanding customer journeys and needs

- Experienced working with agile development methodologies

- Experience working in cross-organizational contexts, from business to Digital Products and Services

- Cultural awareness and love to work in a multicultural environment

- The willingness to learn and are driven by knowledge sharing and growing together with the organization.
