Product Owner to expansive Tech Startups

We are looking for someone who can own and drive the development of our various products. In the role of Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating the team's deliverables to meet the expectations of our colleagues and our customers in both the short and long term and achieve business goals. From our start in 2015, we have experienced strong growth, especially in Sweden, and we are now accelerating. We are now looking for a Product Owner who want to be part of this expansive journey and grow with us!
About you:
You have a deep understanding of agile processes, development and are used to gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions. With a solution-oriented approach, you can think new and innovative with a clear link to our current and future needs.


As you will be in contact with many stakeholders and collaborate with others on a daily basis, it is important that you have a good ability to collaborate and make contacts both internally, and externally with new and existing stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is customer-driven and goal-oriented with a keen interest in digital development. You have previous experience in the role of product owner or worked operationally with product development.
About the role:
Conduct business development by gathering and understanding needs and translating this into features
You will guide the development team towards goal-driven development and application operation with continuous fast and sharp deliveries from an impact, cost, time and user perspective
Own and prioritise your teams' backlogs based on the reality of the team, including both business and more technical needs
Monitor the product area and keep track of stakeholders
Sync product changes with other relevant teams/product areas. Affected teams should be given the opportunity to adapt
Meet the company's goals in terms of focus areas, brand and business model
