Within this role as a Product Owner at H&M Group, you will work in the product area Finance. You will join a business-driven product team together with other inspiring and driven co-workers. We are looking for a financially skilled individual with the leadership and agile mindset to lead and develop our financial processes and systems. We are a highly collaborative and fast pasted organization with an entrepreneurial mindset, and we are on a journey together which means there is no clear path. Responsibilities
As a Product Owner, you take responsibility for a finance product with full accountability for the business and customer value delivered by your product. To do this, you will lead a dynamic and driven cross-functional product team with Business Experts and Software Engineers and collaborate with key stakeholders and other Product Owners to ensure interfaces to other products. You will define the strategic and product vision for your product and create the product roadmap based on our accounting users insight, as well as input from strategic initiatives and stakeholders across the company.
Working closely with the Product Area Manager, Product Area Lead Engineer, and other Product Owners to ensure overall alignment, you will set objectives and key results (OKRs) that your product will drive toward. You will identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across products, working to manage dependencies. Furthermore, you will:
Take end-to-end ownership of the product (full lifecycle from ideation to optimization) with ultimate accountability for business and customer value delivered
Lead a cross-functional team to execute and deliver value
Monitor and manage the financial impact of decisions and priorities of the product team.

Who are you
We believe that you have at least seven years of experience within the finance area, such as an accountant or within controlling. In addition to that, you have experience as a team leader and can manage a team with different competences. With your agile mindset you are willing to find new and creative ways to deliver on your goals. With a excellent communication and English skills, we believe that you can create a positive atmosphere within the team and towards stakeholders. You also hold SAP knowledge, preferably SAP FICO and have a passion for the technical solutions that enable our finance and controlling to manage their work in an efficient work.
