Job description
We are now looking for a Product Owner to join us in our mission to provide fast, transparent and secure access to data, apps and services to our colleagues anywhere in the world, by running a dynamic, resilient and smart network.
As Product Owner for Global Connectivity, you will be responsible for our Global WAN and data center network. You are a visionary leader who is responsible for the end to end product strategy, including definition of scope, roadmap and KPIs for the product and the services it provides. You are also responsible for maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog. You are expected to show strong customer empathy and business understanding. You will lead a cross competent product team to achieve on a common mission and work close to other product owners, the area leadership and area architect to ensure alignment on features, roadmaps, and architecture. Leadership and communicative skills are essential to be successful in the role.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to key stakeholders and the product team . You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between product roadmap and customer needs and requirements , as well as be responsible for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders . You will own and maintain the backlog and prioritize the day to day work of the product team based on the given targets and KPIs . Furthermore, you will:
Understand and contribute to the end to end team output strategy from inception to production
Align with other Product Owners to ensure interfaces to other products and common KPIs are maintained
Monitor and manage financial impact of decisions and priorities of the product team
Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their product
Interact with operators and technology suppliers for advice and collaboration towards our goals and interests
Be part of the Technical Service Area Network leadership team and contribute by sharing your expert industry knowledge and understanding of stakeholder needs

Who are you
We believe you have the ability to understand and analyze complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications. You take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments. You have experience from running a global delivery and understanding of the complexity that comes with different local regulations and legislation. You have the ability to influence decision makers and manage stakeholders to achieve the Product mission. You can gather, analyze and understand customer and business needs and understand impact against product backlog and impact on team. You have the ability to integrate qualitative and quantitate research, product analysis and customer insights into product requirements. Furthermore, you have:
6+ years of experience with enterprise networking
Understanding of WAN technologies
Understanding of the inner workings of Internet
Knowledge of Network security principles – Zero trust
Knowledge about following tools/technologies; Service Now, Jira, Ansible, Python, Azure DevOps & Github Enterprise, Cloud technologies, IP Routing
Experience from Agile Development & Methodologies
Experience with Product Vision Creation and Product Roadmap Development
Experience with MVP Definition
Worked with prioritization, planning and backlog management
Knowledge of Market & Trends Analysis

Experience from negotiating large contracts, project management, Sustainable IT and visual design is a merit.
