What we offer
We are looking for a passionate Product Owner for Material Resource Planning (MRP). You will lead our product team called Material Demand and BOM explosion – the product secures the digital tools and capabilities for our net material requirements (parts) in supply chain and for our plants globally to build our cars.  
You will join the Manufacturing Demand Cluster within Global Manufacturing Digital at Volvo Cars. This product cluster manages the net material requirements, call-offs and in-plant logistics flows mainly (ERP/MRP).
We are in an expansive phase for this product! The plan is to replace legacy systems and take decisions for the future landscape that will include rollout of solutions at multiple factories across the globe.

About the role
As a Product Owner you will be a digital leader for our MRP solutions globally and drive the future harmonization journey. You ensure that solutions are developed in a scalable way and that they are global by design. You are the voice of the business (our users), you have a business perspective and take ownership to deliver on our transformation journey.

What you’ll do
You are articulating and consistently emphasizing the target architecture/blue-print and roadmap to product teams and other stakeholders. You enable guidance to Product Owners, Product Managers and Architects etc.
Lastly, you will participate as a member of the cluster leadership team and review & contribute to the program-level vision and target state. 
Do you fit the profile?
You have proven digital leadership experience (as project manager or similar). You have experience of MRP solutions covering logistics processes. We believe that you have experience of handling multiple initiatives in parallel together with the stakeholders. Stakeholder management in global context is nothing new to you. 
Moreover, you have a hands-on capability to drive workshops and analysis on as-is and to-be states. You have a high drive and are used to take ownership of your work. You are well familiar with the agile ways of working (Scrum, Safe or similar frameworks)
