At Autonomous Transport Systems (ATS) Research, Scania R&D, we pursue top-quality research and development of future ATS concepts in agile and self-steered teams. Together with our fellow TRATON companies, leading technology suppliers and academic institutions we work with the ambition to detect and evaluate upcoming technologies. Our mission: Create a tool designed for Fleet Control Managers to supervise Scania’s autonomous fleet to accomplish transport missions in a safe and efficient way.
Your future job
At our team you will work as product owner for an interface used in control towers, giving the users the possibility to remotely assess and assist Scania’s self-driving vehicles. You will work in a multi-cultural environment and we strive for tight collaboration with all the different teams within ATS research. We believe that cross-functional work and clear communication is the key to success.
• Create product vision and roadmap, in which you will translate the high-level product roadmap into achievable product backlog features;
• Review, prioritize and design all product improvement suggestions raised by, customers, support and R&D
• Build and own the product requirements, moving the product life cycle through an agile methodology including personas, UX, UI, and user stories
• Writing the user stories and keeping the backlog groomed
• Communicate the product roadmap and delivery plan to both internal and external key stakeholders
Your profile
You are an analytical, result-oriented, self-driven team player that faces new challenges with a positive, can-do attitude. You are not afraid to test ideas in reality and make them work. You are open and curious towards your teammates and you enjoy supporting and contributing to the development with your technical expertise and ideas.
Mindset and competence:
• You have at least 5+ years of experience as an agile product owner
• Ability to motivate others and lead change
• You have strong technical fundamentals in web development and UX.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Care about software architecture across the front-end, back-end, and the APIs
• You thrive when faced with complex challenges and can quickly adapt to new tasks
