You will be part of ABB Marine & Ports business unit, that develops systems for supervision and control of society critical assets. Key words are availability, performance, reliability and optimization of environment, economy and safety.
Act as Product Owner and leader for one or multiple teams in product development process. Work all the way from requirement to general available product, including writing requirements and working closely with developers and sub-suppliers to make sure that the features are meeting specification, timeline, and quality expectations and that our development processes are followed. This position reports to R&D Hardware Manager.
Your responsibilities
Specify product hardware and software demands to sub-suppliers
Define and drive development projects
Define and conduct testing of products
Testing at site
Customer support
Project support
Sales support
Together with the team improve processes and working procedures
Readiness to travel since our customers are always abroad

Your background
A technical university degree or relevant work experience
Several years of work experience is a requirement
You are thinking in business terms, have a structured approach and ability to always see the bigger picture
You have a proactive and result-oriented mindset
You are independent and have the ability to lead both yourself and others towards set goals
Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken alike, is required as you will be working in a global multicultural environment
