As Product Owner within Partner Connectivity, you will have a key role and be part of a team that ensures accurate and flexible customer fulfilment with our global warehouses and carrier partners. We are on an exciting journey to meet and exceed our customers' expectations today, tomorrow and in the future.
We are looking for two Product Owners to our Partner Connectivity Product Area in the Customer Fulfilment domain. The area is responsible for fulfilling customer deliveries through a flexible and sustainable partner ecosystem.
About the role
As Product Owner you, in collaboration with your team, create the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of the market / industry, insights & data from our logistic operations, and input from stakeholders across the company. To succeed you need to build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team’s effort is aligned with overall strategy.
As Product Owner within the area Partner Connectivity, you will be responsible for one or several of our third-party solutions with one of key logistics vendors. You will play an important role in ensuring accurate and flexible customer fulfilment with our outsourced partners within carriers, warehouses, marketplaces, brokers and garment suppliers through seamless integration and quick on-boarding. Here you become part of our online expansion with lots of cross dependencies, focused on delivering Business tech services that support our business to fulfill our company’s vision.
Working closely with the Product Area Manager and other Product Owners and our stakeholders in Global Logistics and Supply Chain to ensure overall alignment, you will set objectives & key results that your product will drive toward. You will also identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across products, working to manage dependencies.
The Product Owner has great leadership skills, believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. Focus is on value creation, growth, and serving customers with full ownership and accountability to deliver exceptional customer and business results. Furthermore, work tasks include:
Lead the cross-functional Product Team and contribute to the end-to-end team output strategy from inception to production
Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to key stakeholders and the product team
Own, maintain the backlog and prioritize the day-to-day work of the product team based on the given targets and KPIs
Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for your product
Manage communication, agreement and relationship with our vendors
Work with a focus on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability

You have the ability to gather, analyze and understand customer and business needs and understand impact against product backlog and impact on team
The ability to influence decision makers and manage stakeholders to achieve the Product mission. You have a holistic mindset and are typically skilled in breaking down silos, enable collaboration and empower teams.

Have a degree in business and/or engineering
Experience of heading a Product as a Product owner
5+ year’s work experience and previous leadership responsibility
Experience in leading a cross functional team
Proven track record of strong salesmanship, communication, negotiation, and networking skills, both with internal and external partners
Strong in analyzing, planning, prioritizing, execution, and follow up together with a “can-do attitude”
Motivated to work in an environment that allows you to work and take business decisions independently
Fluent in English both written and verbal

Considered an added value:
Experience from working with SAP EWM
Experience from working with Online warehouse
Competence within Agile Development & Methodologies
Experience from working within Supply chain/Logistics, Integrated Enterprise solutions and working with services and vendors in a global organization
