What you will do as a Product Owner
As Product Owner you will work in the Store Lifecycle product team, where you together set the strategic vision and create the product roadmap. The team manages a global platform (LIMA) that enables optimization of the H&M Group store portfolio. The platform handles store openings, re-builds, and closures, and is an important data source for many parts of the Group. Additionally, the team is currently procuring a SaaS (software as a service) to support H&M’s facility management organization.
You will collaborate with the H&M Group Expansion, and you are part of a dynamic Product Area where you are empowered to turn ideas into reality. With real understanding of the business area you will ensure that the team’s efforts are always put where they make the most difference.
Responsibilities
As Product Owner you will lead an amazing product team of 10 dedicated members. You will align priorities with all relevant people while identifying, building, and maintaining strategic partnerships. You will work closely with your team and key collaboration partners to ensure business value and that user feedback is translated into new developments. You will:
Take end-to-end ownership of the product
Set Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) that the team will drive towards
Actively contribute to the development of the Product Area
Monitor industry innovation to ensure H&M Group remains ahead of the curve
Build a global governance structure
Manage vendors as partners
Who you are
We believe you are an open-minded, ambitious self-starter who is confident liaising with a wide range of stakeholders. You have experience of leading teams and are an excellent communicator with strategic and analytical skills. Furthermore, you have:
6+ years relevant experience
Excellent understanding of how digital platforms support company objectives
A coaching leadership style
Knowledge of how to work with budgets and financial forecasts
Experience from evaluating, onboarding, and maintaining external SaaS partners
Experience from store/real-estate lifecycle management is meriting
