Product Owner to tech Scale-up!

From our start in 2015, we have had strong growth, especially in Sweden, and now we are increasing the pace both in Sweden and internationally. We are looking for a Product Owner that will join us on this journey! 🚀
About you:
As a Product Owner, you have both strategic and operational responsibility and lead the development of our product. You have a good understanding of agile processes, development and are used to gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions. With a solution-oriented approach, you can think new and innovative with a clear link to our current and future needs.
As you will be in contact with many stakeholders and collaborate with others on a daily basis, it is important that you have a good ability to collaborate and make contacts both internally, and externally with new and existing stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is customer-driven and goal-oriented with a keen interest in digital development.
✍ Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent training/work experience
🤜🤛 Must be able to work in a team environment with a “can do” attitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges
⚡You have a technical understanding and for Agile processes and development
The role includes:
You will guide the development team towards goal-driven development and application operation with continuous fast and sharp deliveries from an impact, cost, time and user perspective
Forecasting and follow-up of products/system solutions in your area
Conduct business development by gathering and understanding needs and translating this into features
Monitor the product area and keep track of stakeholders
Be responsible for ensuring training both internally and externally of the products within your product area
Sync product changes with other relevant teams/product areas. Affected teams should be given the opportunity to adapt
