About us
Product owner Autonomous vehicle management
The group Autonomous Vehicle Management is responsible for ordering, building, maintaining, and setting up autonomous vehicles and test rigs for internal use and external partner projects. To be able to deliver the best autonomous solution it’s important to have the right vehicles and test rigs at the right time.
Your role
As PO you have a small team working with ordering and coordinating all vehicle needs for autonomous development. Since the team is small you are also required to be engaged in the daily work with planning, follow-up, and communicating to other stakeholders. The errands are followed in JIRA and Excel. Our customers are all the independent product value flows but also the system value flow. We are also connected to a value flow that focuses on installation on the vehicle, e.g. chassis or cab. You are working closely with our own flow management team since our value flow work is dependent on our plans.
Our dream candidate:
A successful candidate has a technical university degree and at least a few years’ experience from working in an agile framework. You are good at creating order in a swift and complex environment. You are a good listener and a scout, and have the ability to translate the flows of spoken and unspoken needs into matching test vehicles. You are self-motivated and drive your work independently. You are a team player, have a can-do attitude, and have good communication skills for all cross-functional collaboration needs.
General qualifications:
Driver’s license required (for heavy vehicles is an advantage).
You should be fluent in English, both written and oral. Swedish is meriting
Experience from Scanias test vehicle process is highly merited

have very long experience in different areas at Scania, both R&D and production. I have worked as a manager within R&D since 2019. I believe in our core values and lead trust-based.
