Are you ready to be a Product Owner for a team taking an active role in the digital transfer at Sustainability Centre and Vehicle Energy efficiency? Then the role as Product Owner in the group Vehicle Energy Efficiency is the place for you to prosper! This position as Product Owner also includes the Data Stewardship for the Sustainability Centre.

What will you do?
We are currently looking for a Product Owner – Vehicle Energy Efficiency, Data Analysis & Strategy whose goal will be to minimize non-value-added work by owning and deciding upon priorities in the team backlogs.
You will be responsible to;
* Work closely with the Scrum Master for the team and the Product Manager for your Team of Teams. 
* Work continuously with the development team together with the Scrum Master in the team. 
* Review and re-pritiorize the backlog as part of the preparatory work for iteration including coordination of content dependencies with other product owners, stakeholders, managers, other ARTs, Scrum Masters, teams, and the product managers. 
* Set a vision and roadmap for your product and protect the long-term technical integrity of the product. 
* Enable collaboration and define the scope of upcoming enable work together with System Architects, Technical experts, and aspect leaders to assist with decision-making and closing of strategical knowledge gaps. 
* Have very close collaboration with the Team Manager and Product Owner. You will accept or reject stories. 
* Data Stewardship means e.g. responsible for data management (accessible, usable, safe, and trusted), supporting the organization makes most of its data to find competitive advantage, secure the transparency and accuracy of data origin.


Do you fit the profile?
We believe that you have a university degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Systems Control, Mechatronics, Physics, or similar. You have experience and a positive approach to the agile Way of Working and SAFe. We see that the advantage you have experience in the automotive industry and some years of working with data analytics. Also, previous experience in leading people is meritorious.

Competence and experience are important, but personality is key!
We believe that you are a servant leader who can motivate and create confidence in the team. You possess strong communication skills and enjoy working with networking. You are outgoing and find it easy to collaborate with individuals. You are curious and continuously search for new knowledge. Your English is fluent, both written and spoken, and you have a proven ability to inspire, challenge and lead different teams as a servant leader.
