To our Stockholm office we are now looking for a Product Owner Web for Lexly Global to help us accelerate our rapid growth.


WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Product Owner Web you will take ownership globally of the development of our website and our customer portal (and app). To your aid you will have a team of developers and designers. Together you will ensure all aspects of your product - development, market positioning, design, key metrics and more. You also need to be able to manage requirements from different stakeholders from all of our markets and make sure that we build scalable solutions for both existing markets as new markets.
You will work closely with the other product owners at Lexly as well as our CTO and CMO.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED
5+ years as product owner, project manager or similar
A deep understanding of the customer journey and UX
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Scrum
Experience of supporting tools for software development such as Jira
Skills in communication, prioritizing and focus on outcome
Ability to draw up work schedules and delegate tasks effectively
Negotiation skills for dealing with stakeholders and getting resources to agree with deadlines
Fluent in English



IT’S ALSO A PLUS IF YOU
Have experience from working in a startup
Have experience from both Web/CMS and in-house built product ownership
Leadership skills
