Description
You will be part of where the client focus on improving the customer and co-worker journey cross channels, products and segments. They constantly adapt their product offerings to meet the changing customer behavior, regulatory requirements and increased competition in the market and you will be an important part of driving our roadmap forward.
You are a do:er that make things happen and can see things from a holistic view. You are a good communicator, listener and take different perspectives into consideration. Networking and building strong long-term business relationships are natural for you. You are structured and like to find efficient solutions in a complex setting. You can analyze data and turn creative ideas into clear business requirements. You have experience from working with digital development and you are not afraid to question existing solutions but rather see change as an opportunity to improve and want to be a part of the digital transformation.
Mandatory competence and experience:
- You have an academic education or experience within the area
- Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
Preferred competence and experience:
- Experience of agile way of working and financial advisory processes or products are meriting
