Are you a Product Owner with outstanding communication skills and an interest in working with both the customer and the development team? Do you thrive in international environments where cooperation and personal development are highly valued?
We are now looking for a self-driven Product Owner with experience and a background in Telecommunications. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for a specific project where you will work closely with our customer and with one of the cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for gathering customer requirements, breaking down demands into tasks, estimating time, and helping the customer and team achieve a successful outcome. Furthermore, you are responsible for prioritizing the team backlog/tasks towards the customer needs and proactively analyzing the upcoming risks in the product area.
Responsibilities and tasks:
Assess, develop and prioritize processes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development.
Managing the product backlog
Working with cross-functional teams and clients, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, support and sales
Be accountable for the release management deliverables and Software Quality
Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product area

Key qualifications for the position:
Previous working experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master for cross-functional teams
Strong background in programming and a good understanding of the technical aspects
Extensive experience in Software development life cycle
Proven ability in leading technical discussions and planning
A deep understanding of agile methodologies and ways of working
Good interpersonal communication skills and can work as a bridge between stakeholders, tech and other product teams
Fluent in English, spoken and written

Previous experience working in Telecom and speaking Swedish is seen as highly beneficial.

At the same time, you are technically skilled and passionate about bringing value to our customers. Furthermore, you are strong in planning, prioritizing and executing feature/maintenance deliveries. You enjoy working with progress and are willing to make the necessary decisions to get results. Since we are a flat organization working according to Agile methods, we expect you to be self-motivated with the ability to organize your daily work.
