Description

The client is looking for a Product Owner for a mainly technical team interested in product development process. You will work in a team with architects and developers to make sure they empower their organization with the right data solutions in every step of the product development cycle, including AI and ML.

Work tasks

- Take end-to-end ownership of the product (full lifecycle from ideation to scaling and through to optimization).
- Prioritized roadmap and team backlog that align with overall roadmaps and dependencies.
- Lead and build a technical cross-functional team of engineers with a business value mindset


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Experience in Product Owner, System Responsible role or similar for technical teams building custom development solutions.
- Structured and pragmatic approach to setting and communicating priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge and experience of leading teams building cloud solutions with a full DevOps perspective.
- Knowledge and experience from leading teams with responsibility for building and maintaining modern integration patterns APIs + events.
- Experienced in leading teams in tech development with many dependencies and uncertainties.
- Product mission, OKR creation, roadmap development & management.
- Knowledge and experience of agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
- Product Lifecycle Management or other core processes within Retail.
- Tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Prooven cloud experience in Product Owner Role.
- Software architecture and / or developer experience.
- Azure certificates.
- Fluent in swedish and english.


Preferred personal qualities:

- You are structured, analytical and fast in understanding and execution.
- You have great leadership skills
- Strong in communication
