Description

The client is looking for a Product Owner to join their team. The team work with the latest and greatest ServiceNow capabilities such as Predictive Intelligence/Machine Learning, Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, Natural Language Understanding and Walk Up Experience and the new capabilities to come. Together with your team, you will have a great impact to improve and digitalize large scale processes and to be in the forefront of new technological initiatives.

Work tasks:

- Lead the Products - accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the team
- Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to key stakeholders and the product team
- Understands and contributes to the end to end team output strategy from inception to production
- Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within product strategy and requirements
- Responsible for product specific OKRs and KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to collaboration partners
- Own and maintain the backlog and prioritize based on the given OKRs and KPIs
- Align with other Product Owners to ensure interfaces to other Products and shared OKRs and KPIs are maintained
- Understands financial impact of Team and Product related decisions
- Utilizes market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their product
- Define, implements and track performance metrics once solutions enters production


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Knowledge of different modules within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience of Stakeholder management, ability to understand the Stakeholder needs and map into ServiceNow capabilities
- Experience of working with agile methods and way of working
- Leadership experience with the ability to build solid and successful product teams
- English
- Swedish
