Product Owner within modern cloud solutions at H&M Group

Are you passionate about cloud, modern tech and product management and want to be at the center of our companywide transformation? Great! We have this once in a lifetime opportunity for you to join us as a Product Owner in our central Cloud Enablement team.

As a Product Owner, you of course have a great responsibility and opportunity to define the product roadmap, direction, the strategic vision, prioritizes the backlog and set the KPIs. But in this role within Cloud Enablement you would be a Product Owner in the center of one of the biggest cloud transformations today. As a team, we are responsible for providing re-usable patterns and templates, advise and support product teams globally across all of H&M Group to help them be successful in adopting modern and innovative cloud technologies and practices.
Our cloud strategy is: H&M Group should run entirely in the cloud supported by an organisation that can build effective and secure cloud solutions using DevOps practices. We have quite the cloud migration journey to go and therefore want you to become a part of H&M Group, where fashion, design, customer value, tech and data are in our DNA. What you´ll bring
As a Product Owner you are a great leader with an excellent capability to build close relationships with key stakeholders and identifying and managing strategic partnership across the different teams. You believe in transparency and have a deep understanding of the user needs. Your passion and knowledge of public cloud technologies will help you create the vision and find the way forward with value driven development using concepts such as prototyping, MVPs, and feedback loops. So, if you have the ability to get things done at scale while at the same time ensuring a fun, inclusive and healthy environment – this is truly the position for you!

Are you the one we are describing?
Extremely passionate about public cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, AWS or multicloud)
Able to translate needs and pains into re-usable and automated solutions that creates value
Able to create a fun collaborative environment with all of our amazing colleagues
Understands the value of Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD)
Experienced in agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban, value stream mapping etc.)
Have excellent communication skills and ability to create bi-directional relationships
