We have several open Product Owner positions

The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the delivery from the developments team by managing the backlog.

You will be working closely with the customer and other stakeholders to collect the needed input for the backlog and road map for your product or domain . As Product Owner your are responsible for ensuring that context, goals and scope is understood by everyone in the team so that they can deliver the intended value. You will also ensure that all stakeholders have regularly update´s about the team´s progress.

You will together with the Scrum Master act as a central connection point for the team and help to solve problems and impediments on all levels - team, customer, delivery, and company. You will also participate in activities related to way of working and driving change in your area.

Who are you?

- You have experience from a leading role in the software development area.
- You know how to inspire, motivate and support teams to get things done.
- You have the knowledge and experience to translate stakeholder needs into user stories and prioritized backlog items.
- You are good at communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders and customers at all levels.
- You are comfortable in facilitating and participating in architectural and technical discussions.




Needed Competencies

- Fluent English, in both oral and writing
