About us
Volvo Cars and Geely are undertaking a significant industrial collaboration as we merge combustion engine operations into a stand-alone business in order to establish a new global supplier that will seek to develop next-generation internal combustion engines and hybrid powertrains. This is done in several steps towards a standalone company within the Geely group. At the moment we are a separate company, Powertrain Engineering Sweden AB (PES), fully owned by Volvo Cars and it is within this organization that this position is now open.
The new organization will develop technologically-advanced and efficient combustion engines and hybrid powertrains for Volvo Cars, Geely Auto, Proton, Lotus, LEVC and LYNK & CO. The new stand-alone business can also supply third-party manufacturers, providing exciting growth opportunities.
