At Global Technical Support, you are part of a global team with the purpose to safeguard that our consumers continuously have the freedom to move, by providing preventative & precise support for our mobility solutions. We are applying our data driven and customer-oriented approach to help others to see and understand the customer when a defect caused by a quality deviation occurs.

Our mission is to provide customers with solutions for their problems by acting preventatively, at high speed with maximum precision.

Your mission
As Product Performance Engineer, you are part of a global team, working cross-functionally within the Current Model Quality Arena.

You are the interface between markets, Current Model Quality and other problem resolving functions within our company. Your main task is to identify product defects caused by quality deviations, drive these issues for fast resolution and later communicate Service and Product solutions to the markets. You will be a key in our continuous change in finding solutions to problems and presenting your findings to stakeholders.

You are a true team player who collaborates across teams, levels, and locations, as interacting and balancing internal stakeholders is a part of every workday. We believe you are curious, good at networking and making contacts, which is necessary in this position to solve problems. You are a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are also a person with high integrity that feel comfortable to stand up for your findings in a way that creates trust.


Key qualifications are:
* Academic background as B Sc or M Sc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar from related field.
* Very strong analytical mindset
* Solid English skills spoken and written
* Excellent spoken and written presentation skills
* Minimum 1-2 years of analytical work experience

After market experience is meritorious.
