Product Platform Haulers Leader Cost & Commonali

General: Product Platform Hauler has a global responsibility for the complete articulated hauler including quality, cost and feature level. This includes for example specification of product targets, concept evaluation and selection, new functionality development, specification and follows up of sub system requirements to meet product targets and to lead early phases from Feasibility Study to Concept Gate. The Hauler Platform is facing many new challenges and therefore we need to strengthen our department with an additional Leader Cost & Commonality to be able to meet these challenges. As Leader Cost & Commonality you will take the lead in Cost and Commonality initiatives, including target setting, follow up on Cost and Commonality targets as well as leading machine implementation projects. You focus on Total Cost of Ownership and Quality to assure that all product targets are met. Main Responsibilities: Set the hauler targets on Cost and Commonality with Quality taken in to account Follow up and estimate Cost and Commonality targets based on activities performed by all projects Lead Cost and Commonality machine implementation projects, which for example includes to assure that product requirements are met Lead TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) activities for the Hauler Platform Competence: Master of science in engineering or equivalent experience Good knowledge in Systems Engineering, requirements setting and quality assurance Good technical knowledge of the end product and its sub-systems (electronics, engine, drive train, hydraulics, CAB, structures, exterior, installation) and how the subsystem should work together Knowledge in applications and marketing conditions for the end product Customer focus Self-motivated and able to manage time and prioritize work load Experience from Project Management Experience from Product Development Leadership skills Good communication skills Proficient in written and spoken English
