Product Platform Haulers Technical Product Manag

General: Product Platform Hauler has a global responsibility for the complete articulated hauler including quality, cost and feature level. This includes for example specification of product targets, concept evaluation and selection, new functionality development, specification and follows up of sub system requirements to meet product targets and to lead early phases from Feasibility Study to Concept Gate. The Hauler Platform is facing many new challenges. To be able to meet these challenges we need to strengthen our department with additional Technical Product Managers that has a passion for hauler products. As a Technical Product Manager you will manage the projects in the early phases up to concept gate for articulated hauler machine projects. You also act as an articulated hauler specialist in the early phases to secure that the right machine specifications are set and that optimal concepts are selected. In the project phases after Concept Gate you are a member of the project team lead by the Chief Project Manager. Main Responsibilities: Lead machine projects in the Early Phases Set System and Sub-System Requirements Identify and evaluate technical concepts meeting project and product requirements Drive & manage Product Data Base Drive & manage the DMU meeting Release product structure in all phases Initiate Design-, Safety- and Environmental Reviews Approve verification and validation specification and integration plan Follow up on verification and validation to assure that the requirements are met before release Manage and follow-up risk analyses from a product perspective Manage and drive homologation and certification activities Interpret laws and regulations Clarify and raise deviations from strategy, product plan and product targets Competence: Master of science in engineering or equivalent experience Project management experience GDP and Early phases experiences High knowledge on hauler products Customer focused and good analytical skills to understand the true need of customers Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and able to manage time and prioritize work load Proficient in written and spoken English is required
